We meet you and your team one-on-one to evaluate the fit of your agency as a part of NAIA.
We’ll talk through:
- Your agency’s performance, structure, goals, and growth potential
- Current challenges your agency is facing
- Any questions you may have to understand expectations and explore how NAIA can support your long-term vision

First 90 Days
Strategy Definition
Review and refresh the initial assessment to lay out a personalized action plan for your agency
- Book evaluation determines what impediments stand between a member and their goals
- Operations assessment finds opportunity in the back office
- Walk-through of SIAA programs and resources
Beyond that, we’ll build a personal relationship and a foundation of trust that grows over the years we work together.

After the 90 Days
Partnership in Achieving Agency Goals

- On-site visits twice a year to meet with your agency
- Twice-yearly member meetings for continued collaboration
